Official Zong number check methods
You can find your active Zong SIM number through one of the following legal methods:
- Dial *8# from your Zong SIM — your number will appear on the screen instantly.
- Alternatively, dial *100# or send a blank SMS to 667 for a response message containing your SIM info.
- Use the My Zong App (available on Play Store/App Store) — your registered number is displayed on login.
Through CNIC verification (for lost SIMs)
- Send your CNIC (without dashes) to 668 to receive all active SIMs under your CNIC.
- Locate the Zong entry — if you have multiple, visit a Zong franchise for identification and reactivation.

- Try inserting the SIM in another phone to confirm network registration.
Important: Avoid fake “Zong number finder” apps or sites — these may request permissions to read contacts or collect personal data. Always use official Zong tools.
Alternative: Call helpline
Call 310 (Zong helpline) from your SIM, follow the IVR, or connect to a customer representative to verify your registered number and CNIC ownership.
